The brother and sister team, Mardy Griffin (Bail Bondsman) and Kimberly Griffin (Notary Public) together make every effort to run a leading, ethical, conscientious Bail bondsman agency. We aspire through our professional yet personable approach to make this inopportune experience a comfortable one. We offer excellent customer service with a touch of character and personality.

Our objective is to provide first-rate service in the bail bond market. That's why we are aiming to make our customers, their friends and family feel more at ease. We are not judging you or the in-custody person. We are mindful, attentive and compassionate about the circumstance in which you find yourself. We understand that most people never become involved in obtaining a bail bond. Most aren't sure what to say when calling. At Dragonfly On A Shamrock, L.L.C., we'll likely put them at ease by explaining how the bail bond process works and what the signing obligations for a bail bond in North Carolina are. Whatever your circumstance, we will be willing to answer your questions. We will help you make an informed decision about what you want to do.
We'll explain an Indemnitor / Cosigner's obligations and requirements (the person signing to guarantee the bail bond). We also provide a receipt for all received money and collateral, and copies of all bail bond documents are given per request.
We are here for you, and your family member or friend, after the bond is posted and the person has been released from custody. We are available to answer questions about court times, offer directions to North Carolina courts or any other general bond-related matters.
